They are a supported artist with Sheffield Theatres, as a director on the 2025 Bank Cohort, and were on the 2024/2025 Young Vic's Creative Headspace program.
Flo has collaborated on creative projects across Yorkshire and the USA, working with organisations including Berkeley Repertory Theatre, Living Room Theatre, Chol Theatre, Growth House, Slung Low, Maya Productions, and Trigger Productions. They have also worked with various charities for vulnerable people to create more opportunities to access the arts in Yorkshire.
In 2018 Flo moved to Vermont (USA), after receiving a scholarship to study at Bennington College. They graduated in 2022 in Theatre and Politics, with a specific focus on stage management, directing, and the politics / philosophy of technology, as well as supporting studies in animation, video, and writing.

After graduating, they moved to Berkeley, California, to work as the Production Management Fellow at the Tony Award winning Berkeley Repertory Theatre. They were also selected as the Recent Graduate Trustee on the Board of Trustees for Bennington College. They are now based in their hometown of Doncaster, freelancing on creative projects.

Their work splays across mediums, bringing people and backgrounds together, and are inspired by our ever-evolving environment. Their studies in politics and experience volunteering with local charities has cemented their belief in the creation of socially active art - that responds to lived experience, encourages compassion and empathy, and that stimulates conversation and action.
